01. Client Brief
Client reaches out to us and conveys their general intentions and budgets.
Workflow
02. Proposal
We provide the client with a preliminary plan and quotation for the project. We work closely with clients to make adjustments to the plan until it is finalized.
03. Contract
Once the plan is decided, we will sign a contract with the client and initiate the project with the client’s contract deposit.
04. Project Execution
Our craftsmen begin fabricating all the installations at our workshop. Once finished, everything to be shipped to the client site via ocean shipping. Upon arrival, a team of technicians will arrive at site for the installation.
05. Onsite Maintenance
During the event period, we will ensure that 2-3 maintenance personnel are available on-site to carry out necessary maintenance and ensure that everything is working properly.
06. De-rig
At the end of the event, our on-site technicians will work with the client’s staff to implement a de-rigging plan and return the venue to its original state.
